On Friday, April 15, the clinic presents its second annual Zumbathon Charity Event, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Genoveva Chavez Community Center. Your $10 entry fee gives yourself the gift of health through a fun, creative dance workout, while giving the gift of health to children and families who visit the Villa Therese Clinic for free medical and dental care. There will also be a raffle with great prizes including restaurant gift certificates, jewelry, workout wear, certificates for personal training and haircuts -- and more! Genoveva Chavez Community Center is located at 3221 Rodeo Road in Santa Fe. Doors open at 5 pm.
Spring hasn't sprung until the VTCC offers its annual geranium sale! Order forms will soon be available, with pick-up in early May. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
And this year marks the 20th year of the clinic's Pack-2-School program, which helps students have the tools they need for starting off the school year right. VTCC provides a backpack, grade-appropriate school supplies, and a gift certificate for school clothes or shoes to students in need. To donate, please go to http://vtccsf.org/get-involved/donate/.
